You've just spent the past two years or so trying to survive the pandemic with your sanity intact. It's been hard. And stressful. You've let your devotion time become stale. You haven't made time for your friends. You've all but given up trying to eat healthy, exercise, and take care of yourself. But now, as life slowly gets back to normal, you're more than ready for a fresh start.
This mission of the J.O.Y. Lifestyle Festival is to help you start the new year strong AND finish strong.
Information. Revelation. Transformation.
If we want to make any lasting changes in our lives, we have to move through a journey of information, revelation, and transformation.
So how does this work?
Information - each session will give the necessary information to evaluate what to change in your life.
Revelation - once you have the information, you can then begin to apply it to your unique situation and season which gives you personal revelation.
Transformation - now that you have the information and personal revelation, you can begin to do the work for transforming yourself and making a new lifestyle!

I’ve worked with women and women groups for over 20 years. I’ve had some different titles in my background including entrepreneur, women’s ministry coordinator, college staff member, and stay-at-home mom.
My favorite titles now are Christ-Follower and Connection Maker:
I want to help you in your journey to create a successful formula for cultivating a real connection to Jesus, Others, and Yourself.
We live in a time where real connection is avoided. Women often have their guard up and only want others to see what they want them to see. I know because I lived that way for a long time. Women can be very hurtful. We all have wounds caused by another woman. Those wounds don’t have to define us; they don’t have to prevent us from having positive friendships with women.
Learning that quality over quantity is what matters when having real connections.
Over the years, the Lord has blessed me with real and honest connections with other women. Women friends can be a huge source of encouragement and support.
It is my prayer that we can all let our guard down and have a real connection community – a community where women build each other up instead of tearing each other down, a community where women can open up and be honest with who they are.
